Job Summary

A management consulting and IT support firm has a current position open for a Remote ServiceNow Product Owner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders on new and iterative ServiceNow development efforts
  • Define goals and create and convey the vision for projects while aligning with business objectives

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience with ServiceNow solutions using ITSM, ITOM, or SecOps
  • 5 years of experience with configuring and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools
  • 3 years of experience with client delivery, change management boards, product roadmaps, requirements design, and key-value metrics
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
