Job Summary

A health services company is in need of a Remote ServiceNow Senior Technology Leadership Professional.

Must be able to:

  • Provides ServiceNow administrative support for core platform components and applications
  • Participates in turn activities, PPV testing and instance management
  • Experience thriving in ambiguous software development environments

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations certification
  • 5 or more years of technical experience
  • Knowledge of core ServiceNow platform
  • Knowledge of CMDB
