A software company has a current position open for a Remote Services Engagement Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as the Professional Services delivery point of contact for your accounts
- Delivering services engagements to support key customer business outcomes
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction as reflected in customer survey scores
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role
- Direct experience in a Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud field
- Proven track record of meeting utilization and consumption (or similar) targets
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
