Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Services Operations Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring data, tools, and insights are provided to stakeholders
- Managing & reporting on services utilization, project status, concessions, customer satisfaction & other key business metrics
- Partnering with FP&A business partners to provide a holistic view into the business, evaluating forecasting reports and trends
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience managing project staffing capacity, including partner contract management
- Ability to act as a services automation (PSA) system business owner, stakeholder and implementation leader
- Experience collaborating with Services leadership for M&A integration planning
