Job Summary

A company offering a private social network needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Services Reliability Software Engineer.

Must be able to:

• Improve the performance and scalability of services
• Address security concerns
• Troubleshoot issues across the whole stack

Qualifications for this position include:

• You are a Ruby engineer at heart, very familiar with the Rails ecosystem
• You are knowledgeable of memory and CPU profiling tools
• You have experience working with Terraform and Chef
• You have experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining NGINX
• You are proficient with Unix, AWS, and Git
• You are able to maintain 5+ hours overlap with 9:30 to 5:30 PM Pacific time
