Job Summary

A financial technology and services company has a current position open for a Remote Servicing Senior Operations Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing a team of Operations Leads
  • Engaging, motivating and exciting a team of 50+ while effectively moving the needle on critical call center metrics
  • Fostering an environment of rigor and discipline

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years managing a team in a call center environment
  • Demonstrated experience motivating and coaching a team to deliver truly exceptional results
  • Strategic and tactical - willing and able to roll up your sleeves in a dynamic environment
  • Communicate clearly, concisely and confidently, in writing and in speech
  • Savvy with current technology & software for contact center management
  • Advanced problem solving, troubleshooting and multitasking skills
