Job Summary
A residential real estate investment company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Settlement Manager in Birmingham.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supervising, training and mentoring Settlement Coordinators/ Processors
- Auditing settlements to ensure all processes and procedures are being followed
- Reviewing contracts and settlement statements prior to closing to ensure accuracy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years in the real estate industry
- 2+ years of management experience in the settlement/title industry
- Communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
