Job Summary

A real estate investment company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Settlement Manager in Herndon.

Must be able to:

• Supervise, train and mentor Settlement Coordinators/ Processors
• Audit settlements to ensure all processes and procedures are being followed
• Review contracts and settlement statements prior to closing to ensure accuracy

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years of management experience in the settlement/title industry
• 5+ years in the real estate industry
• You have great communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
