• Conducting incident interviews in a sensitive, objective, and truth-seeking manner
• Writing a report to facilitate accurate and fair employer decision-making
• Providing a safe, unbiased, and respectful response involving allegations of employee misconduct

Qualifications for this position include:

• Knowledge of sexual offending behavior is required
• Knowledge of the effects of trauma is required
• Experience preparing documentation for individuals who are court-involved
• Private Investigator/Detective License required
