Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Shared Services Claims Case Associate.
Must be able to:
- Review new Short-Term Disability (STD) documents
- Assign Eligibility Tasks to the appropriate claim’s examiner based on pre- determined criteria
Position Requirements Include:
- Good communication (oral and written) skills
- Strong working knowledge of systems applications, and be comfortable using computers
- Ability to work and solve problems independently
