Job Summary
A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SIP Talent Head in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and leading a talent acquisition organization that includes recruiting, sourcing, operations and talent enablement
- Ensuring that the company's talent acquisition strategy, resourcing models and approaches are poised to pivot and rapidly scale
- Building a progressive talent strategy and roadmap, partnering closely across the BU executive staff and cross-functional partners
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience leading and empowering large scale talent organizations (100+)
- Experience building a global recruiting infrastructure, including processes and tools
- Experience with leading and implementation of large transformational initiatives
- A passion for people development and a track record of coaching and motivating high performing teams
- A data-driven approach to decision-making that leads to increased operational efficiency and effectiveness
- A perspective on and deep belief of the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion
