Job Summary
A cloud computing company has a current position open for a Remote Site Reliability Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Keep the customer-facing services available at top performance
- Maintain the constant health of the supporting systems
- Maintain the company's observability and automation at the company-required level
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Participate in in-person training
- Ability to understand (at a rough level) the basic skeleton of the stacks, from both network and host
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Ability to automate tasks which are done manually
- Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation
- Must have some core hours overlap with the Eastern Time Zone
