Job Summary
An Internet domain registrar and web hosting company has a current position open for a Remote Site Reliability Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and maintaining both on prem and AWS workloads
- Helping with automation of common operational tasks
- Driving standardized approach to monitoring and operational visibility
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Extensive Linux/Windows experience
- Monitoring Tools experience (Nagios, Sensu, Incinga, Cloudwatch, Elastic)
- Configuration Management experience (Salt, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, Windows DSC)
- Scripting Beyond Bash experience (Powershell, Python, PHP, Go, Ruby or etc)
- Experience in developing/maintaining applications and services
- Networking experience
