Job Summary

The market leader in digital account origination technology and insights needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Site Reliability Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Caring for production environments by monitoring availability and analyzing system health
• Building software and systems to manage platform uptime and SLA reporting
• Improving reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions

Required Skills:

• Ability to program with one or more languages, such as Python, Java, or Golang
• Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker
• Experience with APM and monitoring solutions in general
• Proven knowledge of a configuration management system like Ansible, Chef, Salt or Puppet
• Demonstrated proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
• Ability to measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve
