A staffing and recruiting firm specializing in the information technology market has an open position for a Remote Site Reliability Engineer in Alpharetta.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Engaging in and improve the whole lifecycle of services
  • Maintaining services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health
  • Analyzing technology trends and evolving business needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3 days a week work from home
  • 4+ years of experience in supporting distributed systems
  • 4+ years of working with Cloud Providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Strong familiarity with containers and container orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed applications throughout the entire stack
  • Familiarity with DevOps and agile methodologies
