Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Site Reliability Engineering Incident Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning the full incident response lifecycle
- Collaborating with teams to explore the changing limits of their system
- Collecting data, analyzing trends, and identifying patterns of risks and vulnerabilities
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to company offices on occasion
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- 10+ years of professional work experience in a technology role or incident management role
- Experience with infrastructure as code and with datastores and data streaming
- Programming experience using Ruby, Javascript, Typescript, Go, Elixir, or Shell
- Ability to analyze and present data with relevant context
