Job Summary

A software technology company is filling a position for a Remote Site Reliability Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Drive technical design and architecture using industry best practices and bleeding-edge tools
  • Build and mentor a talented, diverse and globally distributed team of SRE engineers
  • Manage and own delivery of infrastructure while maintaining SLA commitments and controlling cloud costs

Position Requirements Include:

  • 7+ years as a software, DevOps, or site reliability engineer working on enterprise or SaaS commercial software
  • Expertise in operational tooling languages such as Go, Python and JavaScript
  • Deep understanding and familiarity with cloud automation and management tools like Terraform, Helm, etc
  • Experience influencing and deploying security standards and operating procedures
  • 3+ years of management experience with a track record of leading and managing high-performing SRE engineers
  • Experience with Kubernetes, managing and operating containerized applications/systems in production
