Job Summary

An information technology and services company has a current position open for a Remote Site Reliability Engineering Software Engineering Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Establish, implement and evangelize best practices for Site Reliability Engineering
  • Ensure happiness for our customers by owning the Reliability and Performance
  • Improve incident detection, response and mitigation through guided methods and processes

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience with Google Cloud, specifically GKE and BigQuery
  • Experience with Go, TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Experience automating workflows with various scripting language
  • Proficient in managing container-based workloads using Kubernetes, Docker Swarm or other orchestration software
  • Experience automating and improving delivery pipelines and workflows using GitLab, Spinnaker or similar CI/CD platforms
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Code School Certification or equivalent
