Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote SIU Investigator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Expediting resolution of suspicious claims by establishing scope, timing, and direction of investigations
- Interviewing witnesses, claimants, and insureds through the assistance of 3rd party vendors or telephonically
- Maintaining quality service by proactively communicating with adjusters
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Personal Lines license
- Minimum 4 years claims experience in the auto insurance industry
- Minimum 3 years investigative and surveillance experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Effective negotiating skills
