Job Summary

A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Skills Architect.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Analyzing skills data from unstructured sources to understand patterns and trends
• Defining skills to ensure application of the skills on roles is meaningful to users
• Categorizing skills by hard, soft, competencies, certifications, and experiences

Required Skills:

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Ability to organize a process and plan for detailed data analysis
• Ability to collaborate with experts in compensation, job design, consultants, and data scienctists
• Ability to learn different taxonomies and create crosswalks between those that differ
• Strong understanding of job design via experiences such as recruiting
