Job Summary

A health and beauty company is filling a position for a Remote Skin Care Product Development Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Evaluating incoming formula samples and provide feedback to 3rd party laboratories for all product submissions
Leading product development for new and reformulated cosmetic and OTC products
Monitoring production process after scale-up, evaluate batches, and finished good production samples

Skills and Requirements Include:

4+ years in skincare product development or marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, adaptable, able to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to shift priorities and adapt to direction change as needed
Takes a proactive approach to anticipate issues and provide solutions
Strong proficiency in evaluating and providing feedback for formulations/maintaining relationships with external vendors
