Job Summary
A digital customer engagement services company is in need of a Remote Sleep Improvement Project Tickets and Phone Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing ticket and light phone support (inbound and outbound)
- Providing white-glove customer service with honest and kind communication
- Working 10 hours per week
Position Requirements Include:
- The ability to understand customer needs
- Can create custom responses to resolve issues
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- Quality headset and quiet workspace to take calls
