Job Summary

A software technology company is in need of a Remote Small and Medium Business Software Technology Client Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Meet and exceed monthly retention and growth targets across your assigned portfolio of >100 SMB accounts
  • Assess and monitor the health of the clients in portfolio
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and empathy

Required Skills:

  • Experience owning customer relationships with a blend of moderate-to-low level of virtual face-to-face interactions
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Experience working with small to mid- sized clients, and/or startups and solopreneurs
  • Demonstrate a balanced yet almost insatiable curiosity
  • Strong listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; strong ability to motivate and persuade others
  • Ability to quickly build trusting relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders
