Job Summary

An insurance services provider is seeking a Remote Small Business Service Center Client Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying or anticipating customer needs and recommending solutions and monitoring results
  • Identifying sales opportunities and using consultative selling skills to write new business cross-sell coverages
  • Analyzing and completing complex policy transactions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Requires General Lines 220 Agents License or ability to obtain the license within the first 3 months of employment
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • Typically a minimum four years experience of commercial lines
