Job Summary

An outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Small Pets eCommerce Customer Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Explaining pet training methods and processes to customers
  • Assisting customers with eCommerce, Shopify and ShippingEasy
  • Doing emails, inbound and outbound calls

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience setting up IoT apps
  • Zendesk experience
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to assist customers
  • Strong troubleshooting skills/able to ask probing questions
  • Must have patience with customers
