Job Summary
A home service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote SNAD Dispatcher.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Posting Service Orders on third-party websites
- Evaluating customer service requests
- Developing Relationships with service organizations of the CCHS Network and External Networks
Required Skills:
- Ability to perform well under pressure of quantity, quality and aging goals
- Strong customer service acumen
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and meet goals
- Data entry/Typing skills of at least 35 WPM
- Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
