Job Summary

A pet rescue and advocacy organization has an open position for a Remote Social Media Community Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Posting, monitoring, and day-to-day community managing social networks
  • Engaging members and potential supporters
  • Writing and helping curate creative, engaging content

Required Skills:

  • Strong creative writing skills
  • Minimum of three years experience in online marketing or public relations
  • Some experience with social advertising
  • Experience managing large online communities
  • Experience with creating short videos, photographs, and other digital assets for social audiences
