A digital marketing agency is seeking a Remote Social Media Community Manager in Redmond.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Documenting incoming/outgoing triage in living document
- Writing copy for social channels
- Monitoring social channels and social platforms for comments and questions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication, presentation and cross-team collaboration skills
- Ability to accomplish projects with minimal oversight
- 2 years of copywriting experience
- 1-2 years of experience in community management
- Customer service experience
