Job Summary

A social media company is in need of a Remote Social Media Sales Lead Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing multiple sales deals involving stakeholders covering different countries and regions
• Coordinating with other team members and outside counsel on product and regulatory issues
• Working effectively with a diverse, cross-functional group of attorneys and policy leaders

Qualifications Include:

• J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) with membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 5+ years of combined law firm, chambers or in-house experience
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts
