Job Summary

A research and consulting organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software as a Service Customer Experience Consulting Principal Member.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight of all clients on product portfolio
  • Conduct sales outreach of the product
  • Manage the RFP, RFI, RFQ process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 10 plus years of experience of increasing product responsibility in a SaaS software company
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technology degree
  • Experience in delivering successful SaaS products in a SMB and / or Enterprise market
  • Demonstrated experience leading an offshore team to deliver high quality software
  • Demonstrated leadership of and success in developing capabilities of your product team
  • Deep understanding and mastery of driving an Agile product delivery model
