Job Summary
A technology firm is seeking a Remote Software Automation Technical Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Address and resolve customer issues regarding the company's software
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues
- Exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding customer experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to work from 10:00 AM-6:30 PM PST
- 3+ years of Linux systems administration experience
- Experience as a technical support or development engineer
- Ability to set up replication scenarios for customer issues
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
