Job Summary

A technology firm is seeking a Remote Software Automation Technical Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Address and resolve customer issues regarding the company's software
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding customer experience

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to work from 10:00 AM-6:30 PM PST
  • 3+ years of Linux systems administration experience
  • Experience as a technical support or development engineer
  • Ability to set up replication scenarios for customer issues
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
