Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Business Operations and Talent Acquisition Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Create high levels of market connectivity delivered through proactive sourcing
  • Develop a robust and effective full-cycle talent acquisition strategy and process, supporting the attraction of top tier talent
  • Build and lead the Recruiting team from 2 recruiters and 1 coordinator to 5+ and beyond

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Familiarity with ATS - specifically Greenhouse
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of administrative, program management, project management, or project/recruiting coordination experience
  • Experience supporting several projects at one time, and delivering on-schedule
  • Experience in Recruiting or working in an HR organization
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders and providing full life cycle recruiting for technical professionals
