Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Customer Communication Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Delivering engaging communication pieces through our core customer channels
  • Driving editorial calendar and creating engaging stories
  • Assisting in developing the Platform Experience brand standards

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field
  • 3+ years of corporate communications experience
  • Demonstrated track record of first-class content production, including copywriting and copy-editing
  • Experience with customer engagement or product marketing teams
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain favorable interpersonal relationships
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment
