Job Summary
A workforce management software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Customer Communications Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Condense large amounts of messaging and information into succinct customer communications
- Write customer-centric technical content that uses the appropriate voice
- Develop clear, concise, and strategic messaging for a variety of communications, targeted at diverse customer segments
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
- Well-developed attention to detail
- Experience with use of Microsoft Office, strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- 3 years or more of experience in business/marketing writing and project management
