Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years management experience in Customer Success or Professional Services
  • Experience building community in North America
  • Excellent spoken and written communication
  • Super organised and process-oriented
  • Strong sense of integrity
  • Engaging, energising, and empathetic with customers and partners
