Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Overseeing all post-sales activity
  • Leading customer liaison for top-revenue accounts
  • Leading account reviews with clients

Qualifications Include:

  • Attend one-on-one meetings with representatives of the strategic accounts
  • Experience deploying technology or support services with large enterprise or global customers
  • Can build valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diverse customer account base.
  • Have Customer Success Manager experience in a fast-paced environment and ever-changing industry
