Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Leverage data to scale the Customer Success Team
  • Implement new processes for customer onboarding

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Previous experience with managing individuals and are a learner
  • Experience building out and leveraging a tool to scale a Customer Success organization
  • Familiar with best practices in customer onboarding in a SaaS
  • You prioritize building diverse teams
  • Familiar with ways to leverage data from ZenDesk, JIRA and Salesforce
