Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning ultimate responsibility for the customer’s success with the platform
  • Coaching customers to ensure they are leveraging all available services
  • Establishing a transformational Business Roadmap/Blueprint

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience in the Energy & Utilities, General Insurance, Health Insurance, or similar industries
  • History of success as a consultant, pre-sales, technical account manager, or equivalent
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and goals
  • Track record of managing large, complex projects and/or programs
  • Track record of leading technical conversations
  • Has handled difficult customers or situations
