Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing Strategic Account Plans for each customer to ensure their business goals and objectives are support by our product suite
- Developing and maintaining extraordinary relationships with existing customers
- Leading QBRs with customers to ensure they are maximizing their current company investment
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proven success meeting and exceeding objectives
- 5+ years of customer success management, consultative sales, business consulting and or account management
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent customer relationships
- Ability to work with/lead cross-functional teams to help achieve desired outcomes for customers
- Previous experience leading/facilitating large groups in a business setting
- Experience using Salesforce.com to manage customer account and opportunity information
