Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing Strategic Account Plans for each customer to ensure their business goals and objectives are support by our product suite
  • Developing and maintaining extraordinary relationships with existing customers
  • Leading QBRs with customers to ensure they are maximizing their current company investment

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Proven success meeting and exceeding objectives
  • 5+ years of customer success management, consultative sales, business consulting and or account management
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent customer relationships
  • Ability to work with/lead cross-functional teams to help achieve desired outcomes for customers
  • Previous experience leading/facilitating large groups in a business setting
  • Experience using Salesforce.com to manage customer account and opportunity information
