Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage and work with a portfolio of the company’s clients and established focused partnerships
  • Collaborate with senior level leaders, cross-functionally to drive client success
  • Define and execute scaleable and repeatable processes to ensure client satisfaction

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a client-facing, Customer Success Manager role in Financial Software
  • Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tool Suite and Google Tools Suite
  • Ability to influence and lead sponsors/stakeholders to the best solution
  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • Understanding of Finance, financial planning & reporting processes
