Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Develop the customer roadmap that will drive customer satisfaction, renewal and growth
  • Identify license and delivery opportunities and partner with the sales organization throughout a deal process
  • Distinguish between business requirements and technical requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of experience with some form of regulatory business processes
  • Experience with Enterprise Software Customer Success Engagement Models
  • Understanding licensing, service requests, work orders, business licensing, right of way management, asset management and land management
