Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop the customer roadmap that will drive customer satisfaction, renewal and growth
- Identify license and delivery opportunities and partner with the sales organization throughout a deal process
- Distinguish between business requirements and technical requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of experience with some form of regulatory business processes
- Experience with Enterprise Software Customer Success Engagement Models
- Understanding licensing, service requests, work orders, business licensing, right of way management, asset management and land management
