A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Acting as primary contact of all users
  • Grooming and growing users' accounts
  • Generating revenue opportunities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Previous experience(s) working in start-up/scale-up environment
  • Experience of managing a portfolio of about 100 accounts
  • Written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Ability to create and nurture long lasting relationships with users
  • Ability to act as a product specialist to customers
