A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as primary contact of all users
- Grooming and growing users' accounts
- Generating revenue opportunities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Previous experience(s) working in start-up/scale-up environment
- Experience of managing a portfolio of about 100 accounts
- Written and spoken communication skills in English
- Ability to create and nurture long lasting relationships with users
- Ability to act as a product specialist to customers
