A software development firm has an open position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the advantage team
  • Owning overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Establishing a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management and/or customer success
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of SalesForce, business intelligence and project management tools
