Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Customer Success Manager III.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Cultivate brand loyalty and brand ambassadors
- Support our customer through the Customer Journey
- Conduct semi-annual customer meetings
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 plus years of Account management or Customer Success experience
- Experience in technology and integrations
- Track record of successful renewals and contract management
- Track record for supporting product implementations in the CSM role
- Experience with working with enterprise customers
- Excellent negotiation skills
