A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Customer Success Manager III.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Cultivate brand loyalty and brand ambassadors
  • Support our customer through the Customer Journey
  • Conduct semi-annual customer meetings

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5 plus years of Account management or Customer Success experience
  • Experience in technology and integrations
  • Track record of successful renewals and contract management
  • Track record for supporting product implementations in the CSM role
  • Experience with working with enterprise customers
  • Excellent negotiation skills
