Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager in Denver.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build and lead effective and consistent QBRs with key accounts
  • Research client issues, exposing solutions where applicable
  • Develop and execute client specific project roadmap

Qualifications Include:

  • 2-5+ years in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite and business process diagram tools
  • Knowledge of and experience with ecommerce technology, software development and relationship management
