A software developer is seeking a Remote Software Customer Success Manager in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Onboarding and training new customers
- Bridging the gap between the customer and technical support
- Managing customer engagement
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager for enterprise deals
- Experience working with a technical B2B product
- High organizational skills with the ability to juggle 20–30 customers at a time
- Experience training and onboarding clients over an extended period of time
