Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Success Operations Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving continuous improvement to achieve and maintain operational excellence for CS
  • Managing playbooks and processes, team enablement, technology, and data insights for a 75+ person CS organization
  • Leading industry research of best practices

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of data-driven, operational experience
  • Proven track record creating systems and processes that measurably increase team productivity and/or customer outcomes
  • Experience launching change management operational process improvements
  • Demonstrated expert in data analysis, segmentation, and reporting - driving evidence-based decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
  • Ability to own all projection models for CS, including headcount, staffing, renewals, and budget
