Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Customer Success Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Resolving user queries
  • Contacting campground partners to invite them to list and optimize their property
  • Assisting campground partners in optimizing their property

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Understanding of how CRM systems (i.e Salesforce) work
  • Two+ years of account/customer success, with telephone and/or online support experience
  • Computer proficient
