A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Customer Support Business Operations Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving continuous improvements for our internal teams
- Building, maintaining, and evolving data visualization and dashboards
- Driving the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythm
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering, business, or similar quantitative field
- Advanced analytical skills, including strong experience with tools such as Excel and SQL
- 2-4 years of work experience in a highly analytical and operational environment
- Ability to translate complex analysis into easily digestible insights for a variety of audiences
- Proven experience translating business requirements into user-friendly reports and dashboards
