Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Customer Support Business Operations Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Driving continuous improvements for our internal teams
  • Building, maintaining, and evolving data visualization and dashboards
  • Driving the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythm

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering, business, or similar quantitative field
  • Advanced analytical skills, including strong experience with tools such as Excel and SQL
  • 2-4 years of work experience in a highly analytical and operational environment
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into easily digestible insights for a variety of audiences
  • Proven experience translating business requirements into user-friendly reports and dashboards
