Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping clients and teammates
  • Troubleshooting tough customer issues
  • Creating issue tickets and managing customer expectations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in Customer Support, Project Management, or another client-facing role
  • Demonstrated success of handling a high volume of customer issues
  • Domain knowledge in the performance management space
  • Product savvy
